Owing to continued growth and expansion we are looking for a highly efficient and dynamic Screen Technician for our team. The role consists of coordinating and supporting the screen process of every project. This role ensures that products are produced efficiently, meet quality standards and are delivered on time. The ideal candidate is organised, detail-oriented and has a passion for production and the music industry.
About You
As a Print Screen Technician, you specialise in the preparation, setup, and maintenance of screen printing equipment to ensure high-quality prints on different fabrics. With a keen eye for detail and strong understanding of inks and screens, you manage the entire printing process—from creating and aligning screens to troubleshooting issues and maintaining equipment for optimal performance. Your precision and efficiency help deliver consistent results in fast-paced production environments.
Job Role Expectations
- Prepare and set up screens, stencils, inks, and materials according to job specifications
- Count stock for the individual jobs onto trolleys in preparation for the print job
- Operate automatic screen printing machines
- Mix, match, and apply inks accurately for various print jobs
- Align screens and garments to ensure precise print placement
- Conduct test prints and adjust settings to maintain print quality
- Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and defects
- Troubleshoot printing issues and resolve them efficiently to minimise waste
- Clean and maintain screens, equipment, and workspace using appropriate chemicals and safety procedures
- Assist with inventory management of inks, screens, garments, and other supplies
- Collaborate with designers to translate artwork into print-ready formats
- Support packing and shipping of finished goods
- Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and production targets
- Follow all health, safety, and operational procedures at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in screen printing or a related field is preferred
- Excellent command of English essential
- Basic knowledge of screen printing techniques and equipment
- Ability to safely handle inks, products and cleaning processes daily
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot production issues
- Physically capable of lifting materials and standing for extended periods

You balance creativity with practicality — meeting deadlines, following briefs, and adapting designs across various formats and platforms. You’re confident using industry standard tools (like Adobe Creative Suite) and are always eager to explore new trends, tools, and techniques. Above all, you care about making work that’s not only beautiful, but effective.
Job Role
- Excellency in Graphic Design: Can design for multiple on and offline applications including; mail shots, infographics, Websites, Social Media, brochures, presentations and more; Experience of creating print-ready artwork, checking proofs and making corrections as necessary; Can optimise content ready for publishing online; Skilled in the use of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat Pro; Comfortable working on multiple projects with the ability to adapt to urgent requests when required; Experience of updating content via website CMS; Knowledge of HTML and CSS along with the principles of responsive website design, photography and creating video content would be an advantage.
- Project Oversight: Oversee the design process from initial brief to final production, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met; Work closely with production and printing teams to ensure designs are accurately translated into client’s vision and high standards; Manage high-pressure, fast-turnaround projects such as limited-edition drops or tour merchandise.
- Collaboration and Communication: Partner with internal teams (e.g., A&R, Production, Web and E-Commerce) to align design strategies with broader business objectives; Present design concepts and progress updates to key decision-makers.
- Innovation and Trends: Stay ahead of trends in music, fashion, and graphic design to keep offerings fresh and relevant; Experiment with new techniques, materials, and styles to create cutting-edge designs that excite clients and customers; Leverage customer service feedback and sales data to inform future design directions.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Take constructive feedback and iterate designs based on input from clients and other team members.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Able to provide a portfolio that demonstrates technical, creative and custom art abilities.
- A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is not essential for this role as we feel your portfolio should show your creative capability.
- Proven experience in a Graphic Design role, with at least 2–3 years, with a track record of developing creative results.
- Exceptional proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience working in the music, entertainment, or fashion industry.
- Deep understanding of print and production processes, including materials, screen printing, and quality control.
- Ability to interpret briefs and turn complex ideas into clear visuals.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Role Overview
Due to continued growth, AP UK is seeking a part-time Finance Administrator to support our existing finance team. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and high computer literacy. This role focuses on accounts payable and receivables across all our entities. You will work closely with our in-house production team to ensure all projects are accounted for correctly.
We are looking for a proactive, highly organised individual who can quickly understand our business and navigate between different entities efficiently. Experience in both accounts payable and production is required to ensure no costs are overlooked and all projects remain accurate.
Key Responsibilities
AP UK
- Monitor and action the accounts inbox according to the folder structure
- Respond to accounts-related email queries
- Process supplier invoices in Xero, ensuring correct PO allocation
- Chase departments for Purchase Orders where required
- Enter supplier bills into Xero
- Process credit card and operational account bills
- Apply credit notes to supplier accounts
- Reconcile bank payments and receipts to accounting records
AP Live
- Post invoices accurately into the accounting system
- Reconcile bank transactions
Doom & Bloom Printing Co.
- Monitor and action the accounts inbox according to the folder structure
- Respond to account queries from suppliers and internal teams
- Process invoices into Xero using relevant PO details
- Chase missing Purchase Orders where required
- Enter supplier bills and operational expenses into Xero
- Process and apply credit notes
General Finance Duties
- Raise sales invoices as required
- Assist with maintaining purchase and sales ledgers
- Support credit control processes where necessary
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Liaise with third-party providers, clients, and suppliers regarding financial queries
- Provide general administrative support to the finance team
- Organise and maintain accounts correspondence and documentation
- Update and maintain finance procedures and documentation
- Assist with month-end finance processes
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience using Xero is essential
- Experience in a finance administration or accounts payable role
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to maintain clear records
- Good IT skills, particularly spreadsheet software (e.g. Excel)
- Understanding of credit control processes
- Ability to work effectively within a team and follow direction
- AAT Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience
